Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy explains when an order placed with NODH can be returned or refunded, and how to request it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Summary

Because we supply sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left our custody and been delivered. We do stand behind every order: if what arrives is damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, we will replace it or refund it in full.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned once delivered, because their storage and handling can no longer be verified after they leave our control:

• Any vial, ampoule or container whose seal has been broken or tampered with;
• Reconstituted, opened, partially used, or improperly stored material;
• Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request;
• Items marked non-returnable or final sale on the product page.

This restriction exists for material-integrity reasons. It does not limit your rights under Section 3.

3. When We Will Replace or Refund

We will replace the item or refund you in full, at your choice, if:

• The wrong item was sent — a product, strength or quantity that does not match your order confirmation;
• The item arrived damaged — broken, leaking, or compromised packaging;
• The item was defective on arrival — for example a vial that arrived cracked, unsealed, or visibly contaminated;
• The order never arrived — see the lost-package process in our Shipping Policy.

We do not charge you return shipping in any of these cases, and we do not require the item to be sent back before we make it right unless the carrier requires it for a claim.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email hello@nodh.life within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number;
• What was wrong;
• Photographs of the outer packaging, the shipping label, and the affected items.

We respond to return requests within 2 business days. Do not ship anything back to us before we have issued a return authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be tracked to your order and may not be refundable.

5. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person than the one used to pay.

• We issue the refund within 3 business days of approving your request.
• Your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further 5–10 business days to post it to your statement. That portion is outside our control.
• Refunds include any shipping you paid where the fault was ours. Where a return is approved as a courtesy rather than because of a fault, original shipping is not refunded.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email us with your order number as soon as possible — orders process within 1–2 business days, so the window is short. Once a tracking number has been issued the order can no longer be cancelled and is handled under Sections 2 and 3.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in full, at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where delivery is not lawful or possible, or where payment cannot be verified.

7. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us does not speed up a refund and may result in the account being restricted from future orders.
