A peptide is a short chain of amino acids — the same building blocks as proteins, in sequences short enough to synthesize precisely. The compounds we supply are intended exclusively as subjects of in-vitro and laboratory research — not for human or veterinary use.
Most research peptides ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder because the dry form is far more stable than solution — resistant to temperature swings in transit and suitable for long-term frozen storage in the receiving laboratory.
Impurities and endotoxins introduce variables that compromise reproducibility. We source through an established supplier network and hold back anything whose documentation is incomplete, so your results reflect the compound, not the contamination.
A COA is third-party analytical documentation for a specific batch. We provide batch-specific COAs on request rather than publishing figures we can't substantiate.
Some finished formats are temperature-sensitive and are flagged as cold-chain in the catalog. They ship with appropriate cold handling and should go straight into controlled storage on receipt.
Lyophilized peptides are generally kept frozen and, once reconstituted with a suitable diluent, refrigerated. Handling, preparation and storage are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
