Research Use Only Policy

Every product supplied by NODH is sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. This policy sets out what that means and what you agree to when you order.

1. Not for Human or Veterinary Use

The materials sold on this website are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, in humans or in animals.

They are not for human consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation or topical application, and must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstance. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

2. No Regulatory Approval

These materials have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority for human or veterinary use. No statement on this website has been evaluated by the FDA.

3. We Are Not a Pharmacy or Compounder

NODH is a research chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and we are not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B. We do not dispense prescriptions, we do not compound preparations for individual patients, and we do not employ or provide access to prescribing clinicians.

Nothing we supply should be understood as a prescription drug product, and no order placed with us creates a pharmacist–patient or clinician–patient relationship.

4. Who May Purchase

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a qualified laboratory, research institution, licensed professional, or an individual otherwise authorised to purchase and handle research chemicals;
• You are acquiring these materials solely for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research, and not for resale for human use;
• You have the training, facilities and equipment to store, handle and dispose of research materials safely and lawfully.

We may request verification of the above, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Your Responsibility

Once material leaves our custody, you are solely responsible for its safe handling, storage, use and disposal, and for complying with every law, regulation and institutional rule that applies to you. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your handling or use of any product purchased from us.

6. Misuse and Misrepresentation

Any use of these materials for human or veterinary administration is a direct breach of this policy and of our Terms of Service. We will close the account of any customer who states an intention to use products for human consumption, requests dosing guidance, or asks us to describe products in terms of human use.

Our staff and automated assistants are not permitted to provide dosing, protocol or administration guidance, and will not do so on request.

7. Product Information

Product descriptions, purity figures and certificates of analysis are provided for research reference. Certificates of analysis are batch-specific and available on request. We make no representation that any product is suitable for any particular research purpose — that determination is yours.

8. Acknowledgment

Entering this website and placing an order confirms that you have read, understood and accepted this policy in full. If you do not agree, do not order.
