This Shipping Policy explains how NODH processes, packages and ships orders placed through this website. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, and a second notification containing tracking details once it ships.
We may delay or hold an order for verification where payment, identity or delivery details require review. If we do, we will contact you at the email address on the order.
We ship to addresses within the United States, including U.S. territories where lawful. We do not currently ship internationally. We cannot ship to any destination where the products ordered may not lawfully be received, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order rather than ship into such a destination.
We are unable to deliver to certain freight-forwarding addresses. Orders shipped to a freight forwarder leave our responsibility once delivered to that forwarder.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Transit times exclude our processing time and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or incorrect address information.
We ship via USPS and UPS. A tracking number is emailed and, where a mobile number is on file, texted to you as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. You can also check status at any time using our order lookup with your order number.
Products ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. Lyophilized (freeze-dried) material is stable at room temperature in transit, so refrigerated shipping is not required unless expressly stated on the product page.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us at hello@nodh.life immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once a package has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less original shipping costs, or re-shipped once the corrected address and a new shipping charge are provided.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. That said, we will not leave you without recourse:
Where part of an order is unavailable, we may ship the available items first and the remainder when in stock, at no extra shipping cost to you. Each shipment is tracked separately.
